Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is now available for Venezuelan nationals.  To be eligible,  you must have been residing in the United States since March 8, 2021, and physically present in the United States since March 9, 2021. Applications for TPS may be submitted only through September 5, 2021.

TPS is an excellent option for Venezuelan nationals residing in the US without other immigration status. With TPS, you will receive work authorization, and in certain jurisdictions & situations, TSP can open up options for permanent residency.
